Stock availability type:  B - small quantities in stock

Introduction

The model offers a rich combination of input-output ports in a housing for DIN rail mounting and a "two-story" configuration. There are 4 channels available for counting pulses from energy, flow (water, gas) and other measuring devices, which are equipped with a standard >60ms pulse output (optocoupler output). In addition, there are inputs for NTC temperature sensors (TNS010), as well as RS485 port. The standard 8 alarm (analog) inputs and 8 relay outputs are provided. All input-output circuits are provided on screw terminals.

The model supports "Passive PoE In" - it can be powered with (11-15)VDC through the free pairs of the UTP cable: 4/5='+', 7/8='-'

The model comes standard with a "ModBus Master" software module!

You can open a comparison table of different models from here.

firmwareFirmwares/applications with RS-485 interface

Firmware "Electricity prices/ModbusMaster MOD"

Special firmware with access to IBEX electricity prices - allows automation of photovoltaic systems according to prices. The addition of ModbusMaster module allows direct communication with inverters via RS485 or TCP

Firmware "ModbusMaster"

Access to up to 16 registers via ModbusRTU protocol over RS485 or TCP. Data can be included in automation or transferred over MQTT. * Default firmware for RS485 models!

Energy measurement at up to 16 points via PZEM 016 modules

The PZEM-016 is connected via a two-wire RS-485 line. The software allows addressing of up to 16 modules. IMPORTANT !!! NetControl expects the modules to have addresses from 1 to 16! The modules must be pre-programmed with the appropriate address (eg via USB-RS485 dongle).

Data from PZEM-016 - power consumption, load power, voltage, current, frequency and power factor, are available via the Web and MQTT.16 PZEM devices are read every about 35 seconds. If the WEB data is updated more frequently, the latest current measurement will be displayed. Addresses where there are no PZEM modules - will not be displayed on the WEB and no MQTT data will be sent for them.

Gathering data from ASCI power meters

This firmware allows the reading of data from ASCI electricity meters (equipped with RS-485/Modbus communication interface) and the transfer of the total reading (sum of all tariffs) via MQTT. All possible 127 addresses are scanned.
